农业部办公厅关于征集2014-2015年度中德农业科技合作项目的通知

各有关单位:
中德农业科技合作始于1981年，两国农业主管部门签署了农业科技合作议定书，成立中德农业科技合作工作组，并每两年召开一次工作组会议。为进一步推动中德农业科技交流合作，为开好中德双边工作组第22次会议做准备，现征集2014-2015年度中德农业科技合作项目，有关要求通知如下:
一、申报条件
1.申报单位须落实德方合作单位及合作项目经费，并提出切实可行的项目建议书。
2.合作单位应向德国农业部提出该项目申请。
二、申报要求
1.项目建议书由各单位科技或外事管理部门审核后统一报送。
2.项目建议书一式2份，并附电子版，于2014年5月31日前报送我司。
